Fees are paid directly into the club’s account (QR-bill) or to its TWINT provider; Clubby never collects members’ money.

Frequently asked questions
Do my members need to create an account?
No. Each member gets a personal link to their space, without a password. You can renew the link at any time.
Who collects the fees?
The club, directly: QR-bill to its bank account, TWINT through its own provider. The Clubby subscription is a separate invoice, paid by card with Stripe.
Where is my data?
In Switzerland, at Infomaniak. A club never sees another club’s data; a member only sees their own space.
How do I cancel?
In “Subscription”, in two clicks. Access stays open until the end of the paid period.
Is my data backed up?
Yes: an encrypted backup every day, kept 7 days. Also export your data regularly.
In which languages?
French, German, Italian and English, for the team and for members (e-mails and QR-bills included).
